We’re new to the Roanoke area and our heat went out during one of the coldest nights of the season. I called Southern Trust Home Services because they’re nearby, and they had the capacity to send someone out within the hour. A few minutes later, Simon called to say he could be here in about 10 minutes. After a few minutes of assessment. Simon identified that our new “smart” thermostat was defective. He had a basic Honeywell in his van, installed it, and heat was back on in no time. We’re likely to use Southern Trust Home Services again because of this really great first experience.

Devae came out to check out some issure with our HVAC. He was clear and concise in his explanations and very knowledgeable about his work. He gave us options of repair and the costs. When looking at the age of the unit and the potential repair costs, we asked to explore replacement costs. Devan made arrangements to have a salesman come out the same day. Craig came that afternoon and performed a quick an efficient assessment and estimate. He was honest and clear with our options and helped us to make the best decision for us. He had everything arranged for installation before he left. We are very happy with our experience. Both gentlemen were very competent and thorough yet very personable and just nice guys.
